Opatril Concrete Construction, Inc. Moorhead, MN | Field & Shop-Based | Seasonal Who We Are Opatril Concrete Construction has been building the Fargo-Moorhead region since 1967. We do commercial and residential concrete construction — flatwork, foundations, structural — and we do it with a crew that takes pride in showing up prepared and keeping everything moving. Our shop supports an active fleet of trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment across both Minnesota and North Dakota jobsites. What This Seat Owns This role has three primary outputs it is accountable for: Equipment Uptime Keep Opatril's field and shop equipment operational and field-ready. This includes preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair across a mixed fleet of light/heavy-duty trucks, trailers, skid steers, mini excavators, forklift, and concrete-specific equipment (forms, vibrators, saws, trowels, finishing equipment). Fleet & DOT Compliance Perform and document annual DOT vehicle inspections. Maintain DVIRs, service records, and equipment logs. Flag anything that creates liability or downtime before it becomes a problem. OCC's Shop Manager holds DOT certification — the person in this seat supports that program and executes within it. CDL Driving Support (as needed) Operate company CMVs and pull loaded trailers to and from jobsites when operations need it. This is a secondary function — you're a mechanic first — but the CDL is a real requirement, not a checkbox.
