Job Description
Pure Detailing is a growing professional detailing shop looking to add a motivated Detail Technician to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to build real skills in the automotive appearance industry with Tint, Paint Protection Film, and Ceramic Coating. What We're Looking For We're seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and professional individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Experience is a plus, but the right attitude matters most. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior detailing services to a high standard Wash, decontaminate, and protect vehicles Maintain a clean and organized work environment Communicate professionally with team members and customers Follow shop procedures and quality standards Show up on time and ready to work Growth & Training Opportunities This position offers the opportunity to learn and advance into higher-level services , including: Paint correction Ceramic coatings Window tinting Paint Protection Film (PPF) Other advanced automotive appearance services Qualifications Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality Valid driver's license and clean driving record Prior detailing experience preferred but not required What We Offer Hands-on training and skill development Opportunities for advancement as the business grows Competitive pay based on experience and performance A professional, fast-growing shop environment If you're looking for more than just a job and want to build a career in automotive detailing , we'd love to hear from you.
