At Fury Ford of Waconia, we're hiring a Light Duty Technician who's ready to build their skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a long-term career. If you've got the basics down and want the opportunity to level up — this is where it happens. What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections) Complete light repairs with efficiency and accuracy Diagnose basic vehicle concerns Communicate findings clearly with Service Advisors Maintain a strong pace while delivering quality work What You Bring Previous technician or lube tech experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license Why Fury Ford of Waconia?
