Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Automotive Technician to join our service department. This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for cars, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn. You'll work alongside experienced technicians while completing routine maintenance and learning advanced diagnostic and repair skills. Entry-level technicians have the opportunity to grow into Certified Nissan Technicians, Diagnostic Specialists, and Master Technicians through our training programs and hands-on mentorship Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multipoint inspections Inspect vehicles and identify potential mechanical issues Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized Provide excellent service that supports a positive customer experience Qualifications Basic automotive knowledge or recent completion of an automotive training program (preferred) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Technicians are encouraged to provide their own basic hand tools; however, tools are not required for entry-level candidates What We Offer Competitive pay with opportunities for advancement Paid manufacturer training to build your skills and gain certifications 100% covered health insurance for employees Paid time off and holiday pay Modern service facility with updated equipment and indoor climate control Apply Today If you're ready to start or grow your career in the automotive industry, we'd love to meet you.
