In this union position, you are vital to the success of our auto repair shop as you sell services to our customers. When potential clients visit our dealership, you greet them cheerfully. Then, you discuss their auto needs, skillfully discerning the most appropriate services for them. Based on your conversation, you pitch maintenance and repairs for their cars. Alongside our parts advisors, you prepare quotes for the job. Then, you take the work order to our technicians. Additionally, you keep an open line of communication with the client, updating them on the progress of the jobs. You take pride in the exceptional customer service you provide!QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR
2+ years of experience using automotive customer care management software such as Reynolds, ADP, Dealertrack, Automate, etc. 2+ years of auto repair sales experience Valid driver's license Computer proficiency as well as experience using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, and Word Fluency in English Digital Estimating system proficiency Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep service advising or writing experience is preferred. Experience as an auto repair technician would be a plus. Can you provide exceptional customer service? Do you have great communication and interpersonal skills? Can you present yourself professionally? Are you an honest and hardworking individual? Can you work with confidence in a fast-paced setting?
