Job Description

Millstone Marina is looking to hire a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone that can do the following job duties:
Job Title:
Facilities Maintenance Reports to: Marina Manager
POSITION PURPOSE
The facilities maintenance person is responsible for making sure that buildings and the property are maintained.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform preventative maintenance to the building and property systems to prolong the life span of the facility. Maintain the security of the facility. Organize cleanliness of the facility. Ensure the parking lots and docks are maintained and clean. Perform safety inspections on systems such as fire prevention, fuel dispensing, hazardous material storage etc. Repair plumbing, painting, basic carpentry, and other marina and building systems. Coordinated landscaping.

Proven skills or the willingness to be trained in equipment maintenance and marina operations A positive attitude combined with the ability to communicate fluently. Commercial awareness and an eye for detail in all aspects of work Proficient swimmer Ability work independently to achieve goals. Ability to organize and prioritize work. Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team. Adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work weekends and holidays

$20.00 per hour
