Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Service Department Porter to join our team. As a Porter, you are the heartbeat of our service drive operations. You will be responsible for managing vehicle flow, maintaining the cleanliness of our facility, and providing our customers with a seamless, first-class experience from the moment they drive onto our lot. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Logistics:
Safely move customer and dealership vehicles between the service drive, parking lots, technician bays, and wash areas.
Customer Service Support:
Greet customers warmly upon arrival, install protective floor mats/steering wheel covers, vacuum vehicles, and retrieve vehicles quickly when service is complete.
Service Drive Efficiency:
Keep the service lane organized, clear of congestion, and running efficiently.
Facility Presentation:
Assist in keeping the service drive, shop area, and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and presentable.
Lot Management:
Ensure vehicles are properly parked, lined up, and locked. Qualifications & Skills Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required). Ability to safely drive and maneuver various types of vehicles (experience driving manual/stick-shift is a plus). Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive "can-do" attitude. Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance. Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods, working in various weather conditions.
