Job Description

Lube Technician — Joplin Poff's Power Solutions | Full-Time | Shop-Based | 12-Hour Day Shifts Poff's Power Solutions operates out of Williston, ND and Midland, TX providing fleet maintenance, mobile repair, welding, and mechanical services to oilfield operators, commercial fleets, and local equipment owners. We're looking for a dependable Lube Technician who is eager to learn, takes pride in quality work, and wants to build a long-term career in the diesel and heavy equipment industry. This position is based in Williston, ND and Midland, TX; however, candidates do not need to currently reside in those area. What You'll Do Perform routine preventative maintenance on light and heavy-duty vehicles, fleet equipment, and oilfield machinery Complete oil changes, fluid checks, lubrication services, and filter replacements Inspect vehicles and equipment for basic wear, leaks, and maintenance needs, and communicate findings to senior technicians Rotate and inspect tires as needed Wash, clean, and prepare equipment before and after service Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and shop projects while gaining hands-on experience Accurately document maintenance performed and report any concerns or recommended repairs Who You Are Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning the trade Previous experience performing oil changes, basic vehicle maintenance, or working around equipment is preferred but not required Willing to work in a fast-paced shop environment and learn from experienced technicians Dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Able to lift equipment and parts and work on your feet throughout the day Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts, including weekends when needed Valid driver's license preferred The Work Environment This is Williston and Midland — you know what that means. Location:
North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with weekends as needed, 12-hour day shifts
Compensation:
$18.00-$24.00 hourly based on experience
