Responsibilities Perform tire replacements, rotations, balancing, and repairs with precision and efficiency Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using appropriate tools and techniques Assist with wheel alignments to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical knowledge Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks Inspect vehicles for maintenance needs, including brake checks, suspension, and other routine services Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Skills Dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred but not required Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely during tire installations or other maintenance tasks Knowledge of oil change procedures, wheel alignment processes, and tire service techniques Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Service technician experience is a plus; a willingness to learn is essential for growth in this role This position is paid and offers a rewarding environment where your technical skills contribute directly to customer satisfaction.
