Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube/Alignment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, mount & balance tires, alignments and other essential automotive repairs. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles. Conduct inspections of vehicle systems and components to identify potential issues. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in the sales of additional services or products related to vehicle maintenance. Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure efficient operations. Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle. Requirements Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive repair role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Experience working in a dealership setting is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required.
