What You'll Do:
Assess vehicle damage and plan efficient repair processes. Perform high-quality repairs, ensuring safety and on-time delivery. Work on Tesla and other vehicles, gaining expertise in advanced automotive technology. Remove and reinstall vehicle components like upholstery and trim. Communicate effectively with the team about repair status. Maintain a clean and safe workspace aligned with company standards. Operate welding tools and repair equipment with precision.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a collision or body shop. I-CAR welding certification and knowledge of manufacturer repair processes. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
Certification in body repair. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, squatting, and standing.
