- Experienced Automotive Paint & Mechanical Technician North Kansas City, MO TNS Autosports (Used Car Dealership) TNS Autosports is looking for a skilled and reliable Automotive Technician with hands-on experience in both paint/body touch-up and mechanical repair . We specialize in reconditioning used vehicles, so attention to detail and quality work is a must.

What We're Looking For:

We need someone who is experienced in vehicle reconditioning from start to finish , including: Mechanical Experience (REQUIRED): Engine diagnostics and basic repairs Suspension work (shocks, struts, lift kits, etc.) Brake systems (pads, rotors, calipers) Fluid services and general maintenance Ability to identify and fix common used car issues quickly and correctly • Paint & Body Experience (REQUIRED): Paint touch-ups and blending Buffing, polishing, and paint correction Minor bodywork (scratches, dents, cosmetic repairs) Interior reconditioning is a plus Tools (MUST HAVE): Must have your own tools to perform mechanical work Must be comfortable using shop equipment and paint tools Ability to work independently without constant supervision
