Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled GM-trained Automotive Technician to join our award-winning service department. This role offers above-standard pay under the collective bargaining agreement, along with a structured bonus plan and career advancement opportunities tied to training completion. Hourly Wage:

$42.00/hour (40-hour guarantee)

Flat Rate Bonus Tiers:

100% productivity → +$8.00/hr 113% productivity → +$10.00/hr 125% productivity → +$12.00/hr Rolling average tracking may be reinstated at management's discretion.

Requirements:

Hands-On Training VCT (Virtual Classroom Training) Web-Based Training ASE Certifications required by GM If training falls below 100%, you will have 3 months to regain compliance or revert to the standard pay plan under the collective bargaining agreement. 100%

Trained Full Journeyman Status Hourly Wage:

$40.00/hour (40-hour guarantee)

Flat Rate Bonus Tiers:

100% productivity → +$5.00/hr 113% productivity → +$8.00/hr 125% productivity → +$10.00/hr

Requirements:

Hands-On Training VCT Web-Based Training All GM-required ASE Certifications Same 3-month grace period for maintaining training compliance applies. Journeyman in Training / Under 100%

Training Compliance Hourly Wage:

Current rate remains in effect

Progress-Based Wage Increases:

Fundamentals & Emerging Issues — Mandatory Completion of each additional training category (Web-Based, VCT, ASE) earns +$0.50/hour Hands-On Training scheduled by management

Individual Development Plan:

Work directly with management on a personalized plan to advance to higher pay tiers as quickly as possible.
