in ODESSA is looking for an Experienced CDJR Automotive Technician to join our service department. Our family-owned dealer group is looking for individuals with personal ambition and a strong work ethic to add to our successful team.

Position:
Experienced Automotive Technician, Payplan based on experience Contact Russ 816-565-7100
Technician Job Requirements:
Able to diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, steering, brakes, suspension, transmission, and electrical concerns Perform quality repairs on work assigned. Fix the vehicle right the first time! Complete a quality check after each repair Perform inspection of customer vehicles and give all recommended repairs to the service advisor Record cause/correction, specifications, and any required information needed to document repairs performed on each repair order Ensure current knowledge of the latest technical data and service procedures Attend required service training sessions or meetings and share expertise with others Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be quick to learn Excellent oral and written communication skills Work effectively with service advisors, parts personnel, other technicians, and management Valid driver's license +
State Inspection License Automotive Technician Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of automotive experience preferred Provide an Exceptional Customer Experience Able to learn new automotive technology; automotive repair & service procedures & specifications Valid Driver's License Missouri State Inspection License ASE certifications a plus but not required
