a year (Base + Uncapped Earnings) Full-time | Monday to Friday | No Weekends We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician / Diagnostic Specialist to join our team in Republic, MO. This is a role for an experienced professional who excels in advanced diagnostics , particularly electrical and drivability issues. We offer a base compensation structure with no cap on earnings , allowing top performers to maximize their income based on productivity and skill level. Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of vehicles Diagnose complex electrical and drivability issues with precision Utilize lab scopes and PicoScope for detailed system analysis Interpret wiring diagrams, scan data, and test results Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently Maintain a high level of workmanship and productivity Work independently on complex diagnostic jobs Requirements 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience (required) Strong diagnostic skillset (advanced-level technicians only) Proven experience with electrical diagnostics and repair Hands-on experience with lab scopes and PicoScope required Ability to interpret advanced diagnostic data and schematics Valid driver's license Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Pay & Benefits $60,000 + per year (base + uncapped earnings potential) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends) Stable, long-term career opportunity Clean, professional work environment Schedule 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday No weekends
