Systems that eliminate chaos We have defined processes for inspections, diagnostics, estimates, dispatching, parts, quality control, and customer communication. Who We're Looking For This position isn't intended for someone who is just trying automotive repair to see if they like it. We're looking for an experienced, career automotive technician who takes pride in being good at what they do. You should be comfortable performing major mechanical repairs and accurately diagnosing today's vehicles. You should be able to inspect a vehicle thoroughly, identify the actual cause of a problem, build a complete repair solution, document your findings, and keep work moving through the shop. We're especially interested in a technician who is:
