Job Description
$80,000-$120,000+ per year | Monday-Friday | No Weekends If you're a good automotive technician, you probably aren't looking for just another job. You already have a job. The real question is whether you're working somewhere that gives you the opportunity, systems, equipment, support, and respect to be as successful as you know you can be. At Complete Auto Service Center , that's what we've worked hard to build. We're an independent, locally owned shop in Richmond, Missouri, and we believe great technicians shouldn't have to fight the shop in order to make a good living. You shouldn't have to wait around for work. You shouldn't have to chase down parts. You shouldn't have to wonder whether your recommendations are going to be properly presented to the customer. And you shouldn't have to work nights and weekends just to make a great income. Our job is to give you the opportunity and the systems. Your job is to perform. What You'll Find at Complete Auto $80,000-$120,000+ earning potential If you're productive and capable, we don't believe in putting an artificial ceiling on what you can earn. Monday through Friday — no weekends We believe you should be able to make a great living in this industry and still have a life outside of work. A steady flow of work We're looking for another experienced technician because we have the opportunity to support one — not because we're trying to fill an empty bay and hope work shows up. A proven system for selling your work We've developed a process for inspecting vehicles, documenting findings, building complete estimates, and presenting those recommendations to the customer. You focus on accurately identifying what the vehicle needs and clearly documenting it. Our process is designed to help turn that work into approved repairs. Systems that eliminate chaos We have defined processes for inspections, diagnostics, estimates, dispatching, parts, quality control, and customer communication. You shouldn't have to reinvent the process every day. A team that actually works together Walk into our breakroom at lunch and you'll often see technicians and Service Advisors sitting around the same table, eating, laughing, and giving each other a hard time. That's normal here. We don't believe a drama-free workplace should be unusual in the automotive industry. What We Provide
