Position Summary:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and service team, ensuring clear communication, quality service, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in customer service and sales, preferably within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

Greet and welcome customers into the service center Listen actively to customer concerns and service needs Clearly explain service recommendations and associated costs

Sales & Upselling:

Recommend additional services and maintenance when appropriate Communicate the value and importance of services offered Strive to meet or exceed sales targets

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule service appointments for maximum efficiency Provide regular updates on vehicle status and timelines

Documentation & Records:

Accurately record customer details and service histories Ensure all transactions are documented and organized

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with technicians to coordinate service delivery Promote a supportive and team-oriented work culture

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service and sales (automotive preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Solid knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance services High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
