Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lube, Oil & Filter Technician (LOF Tech) to join our Clement Ford service team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start or advance their career in automotive repair while working in a busy, professional shop environment with steady workflow. Key Responsibilities Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs Rotate tires and inspect tires for wear and damage Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings Replace wiper blades, batteries, and cabin/engine air filters as needed Identify maintenance needs and communicate findings to service advisors Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines for all services Participate in training to expand skills and support future advancement Qualifications Prior lube technician or automotive assistant experience preferred, but not required Basic mechanical knowledge and interest in learning automotive repair Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willingness to pursue training and certifications Why Join Us Steady workload in a high-volume service department Supportive team environment with hands-on training Opportunity to advance to higher technician levels Work for a growing automotive group that promotes from within Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for growth and performance-based increases Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service Training and certification support How to Apply Submit your resume and a brief summary of your experience and interest in automotive service.
