Duties Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical, electrical, and body-related issues efficiently. Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements to keep vehicles running smoothly. Execute auto body repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, auto painting, buffing, and auto glass installation to restore vehicles to pristine condition. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and airless paint sprayers to complete repairs with precision and safety. Assist in auto restoration projects by applying auto estimating techniques and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Conduct detailing tasks such as cleaning interiors/exteriors and applying protective coatings to enhance vehicle appearance. Support auto glass replacement and repair services while adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and handling delicate components. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience demonstrating a solid understanding of vehicle systems. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience with auto body repair, auto painting, auto restoration, and detailing. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and airless paint spraying devices. Knowledge of auto estimating processes and customer service principles for effective communication with clients. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs. Familiarity with auto glass installation and auto body repair techniques is highly desirable.
