In this role, you will perform fast, efficient oil changes and vehicle maintenance services while ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct quick oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections with precision and efficiency Perform vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and light mechanical repairs Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues and complete service procedures accurately Assist with wheel alignments, tire services, and other preventive maintenance activities Maintain a clean, organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times Communicate effectively with customers about their vehicle needs and recommend additional services when appropriate Document all services performed clearly in the vehicle's service records and ensure proper completion of work orders Qualifications Proven experience as a Quick Lube Technician or similar role within an automotive repair environment Dealership experience highly preferred, with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and service procedures Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Familiarity with vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and fluid replacements Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to clients Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Valid mechanic or automotive technician certification is a plus but not mandatory if references can verify experience Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards Join our team where your expertise will directly impact vehicle performance and customer satisfaction.
