Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repairs on tractors and trailers, including but not limited to oil change, brake repair, suspension repair, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or areas of concern.
- Diagnose and repair tractors and trailers ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed, helpful but not required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing driver inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong automotive diagnostic skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various mechanical issues.
- Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial motor vehicles.
- Knowledge of tractor trailer repair and maintenance.
- Familiarity with brake repair and shock/strut replacement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and address their needs.
