Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently with hand and power tools. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and other routine maintenance services on various types of vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any signs of wear or damage and recommend necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about services performed and any additional recommendations. Collaborate with other service technicians to align on best practices for vehicle maintenance. Document all services performed on vehicles accurately in the system. Requirements Previous experience as a service technician or in automotive repair is preferred. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures, including oil changes and general repairs. Familiarity with dealership environments is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work performed.
