Job Description
Key Responsibilities Perform basic vehicle maintenance services including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery testing, and multipoint inspections Complete express service work efficiently while maintaining high quality and accuracy Identify and document vehicle concerns and maintenance needs Communicate inspection results and service recommendations clearly with service advisors Assist senior technicians with repairs, shop tasks, and vehicle movement as needed Properly use shop equipment, tools, and diagnostic devices Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with safety standards Follow all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures Qualifications & Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive experience preferred, but not required Technical school or automotive training is a plus Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and grow within the Toyota brand Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record What We Offer Competitive pay Paid, on-the-job training and development Opportunities for advancement within the dealership and Toyota brand Benefits package available, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options Supportive, team-focused work environment Long-term career growth with a stable, community-focused dealership Toyota of Meridian is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination.
