What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Proven track record as an A-Level Technician, preferably with Honda or Toyota platforms.

Skills:

Expertise in advanced diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, engine/transmission tear-downs, and hybrid systems.

Efficiency:

A 'fix it right the first time' mentality with a high flat-rate hour proficiency.

Certifications:

ASE Master Technician status or manufacturer-specific factory training is highly preferred.
