The Impact You'll Make As a Lube Technician, you'll be the first line of defense in vehicle care. Your work will ensure that every car leaving our service bay is operating at its best—protecting engines, extending vehicle life, and giving customers peace of mind. You'll play a vital role in our service team, helping us maintain our reputation for quality and trust. What You'll Do Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services with accuracy and efficiency. Inspect and top off essential fluids, including coolant, brake, transmission, and windshield washer. Conduct basic vehicle inspections—checking tire pressure, lights, belts, and hoses—and report findings to service advisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the service bay. Use dealership-approved tools and follow manufacturer guidelines for all maintenance procedures. Assist senior technicians when needed, gaining hands-on experience with more advanced repairs. What You'll Bring A strong work ethic and attention to detail—you take pride in doing the job right the first time. Basic automotive knowledge or prior experience in vehicle maintenance (preferred but not required). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards. Willingness to learn and grow—our best techs started with curiosity and drive. A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
