Belgrade, MT 59714 (In-Person / Adjacent to BZN Airport) About Us We operate a luxury car rental company located adjacent to the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. Our fleet consists of premium, full-size luxury SUVs and Passenger vans, specifically Cadillac Escalade ESVs, GMC Yukon XL Denalis/AT4s, Toyota Sequoia, and Ford Transit, serving families, individuals, executives, and discerning travelers exploring Big Sky country. We are seeking a versatile, highly skilled Fleet Maintenance & Luxury Detailing Specialist. This unique hybrid role is designed for a professional who possesses both the technical expertise to handle routine mechanical maintenance and the meticulous eye required for high-end automotive detailing. Your work directly secures the performance and perfect cosmetic presentation of our luxury assets. Duties & Responsibilities Your time will be split between mechanical fleet readiness and pristine vehicle presentation based on daily rental schedules and peak travel windows: Mechanical & Tire Maintenance (Approx. 15
  • 25% Workload)
Seasonal Tire Program:
Execute tire rotations, seasonal snow tire swaps, mounting, and balancing using our in-house tire machine and balancer. Ensure precise factory torque specifications (140+ lb-ft) are meticulously met and documented.
    Routine Preventive Maintenance:
    Perform in-house oil changes, filter replacements (engine and cabin), topping off fluids, and wiper blade replacements on late-model GM and Toyota luxury truck platforms.
      Safety & Diagnostic Inspections:
      Conduct thorough post-rental safety audits, including brake pad thickness, tire tread depth, battery health, and suspension checks. Use basic diagnostic tools to read and log system warnings or check engine lights.
        Shop Equipment Ownership:
        Safely operate tire changer and wheel balancer. Keep the shop clean, highly organized, and fully compliant with safety protocols. Luxury Detailing & Logistics (Approx. 75-85% of Workload)
          Premium Rental Turnaround:
          Clean, vacuum, condition, and sanitize luxury interiors (fine leathers, and sensitive high-tech screens) and pressure wash, foam, scrub and rubber floor liners to a meticulous 'brand new' standard between rental placements.
            Exterior Presentation:
            Wash, dry, and hand-polish vehicle exterior, paying strict attention to glass, chrome finishes, and intricate luxury wheel designs to ensure a flawless first impression.
              Airport Delivery & Logistics:
              Safely drive, transport, and stage high-value vehicles to and from the Bozeman International Airport, one-way delivery locations, our detailing facility, and local premium dealerships for repairs.
                One-Way Pick-ups and Drop-Offs:
                Safely drive our ¾ ton pickup and goose neck trailer round trip to Jackson Hole, WY, Kalispell, MT, Missoula, MT, Billings, MT, Big Sky, MT and other one way locations and delivery locations to pick-up and drop-off luxury rental vehicles. Applicant must be able to be approved for a DOT medical card. Be available for one-way flights to and from Jackson Hole, Salt Lake City, Rapid City, Kalispell, etc. to pick-up and drop-off rental vehicles for one-way trips to and from Bozeman International Airport. Qualifications & Hiring Requirements To protect our Fleet assets and ensure the safety of our VIP clients, candidates must meet the following strict criteria:
                  Mechanical Competency:
                  Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience as an automotive lube/tire technician or general mechanic. ASE Certification (G1 Maintenance and Light Repair) or TIA (Tire Industry Association) Certification is highly preferred.
                    Detailing Experience:
                    Proven experience in professional automotive detailing or car washing operations. Experience handling premium or luxury vehicle brands is a major asset.
                      Screening Requirements:
                      Must consent to and successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check and a driving history/driver's license check prior to an official offer. Absolute discretion and professional integrity are mandatory.
                        Driver's License & Insurance:
                        Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and fully meet our commercial luxury fleet insurance provider requirements to operate fleet assets prior to an official offer.
                          Physical Demands:
                          Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy SUV wheels/tires (up to 80 lbs), operate heavy shop machinery, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in varying Montana weather conditions.
                            Availability:
                            20-30 hours per week, with mandatory availability during peak seasonal Montana tire swap windows (late Autumn and early Spring) and weekends to align with high-volume flight schedules. Pay & Benefits

                                Scheduling:
                                Flexible scheduling available within standard operational parameters.
