Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Mechanic, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing a wide range of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft. This energetic role offers the opportunity to apply your mechanical expertise in a fast-paced environment, ensuring our customers' vehicles perform at peak levels. Duties Diagnose and repair a variety of powersports vehicles using automotive diagnostics tools and mechanical knowledge Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and soldering techniques to assemble, disassemble, and repair vehicle components Conduct heavy lifting of parts and vehicles safely while adhering to safety protocols Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform wiring repairs as needed Maintain detailed service records and ensure all repairs meet quality standards Assist customers with technical questions and provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and upgrades Qualifications Experience in powersports or automotive repair fields prefered. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering techniques, and suspension work Experience with brake repair, assembly processes, automotive diagnostics, and vehicle maintenance Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in physically demanding environments Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Knowledge of sales processes related to vehicle accessories or upgrades is a plus Valid mechanic certification or relevant training in automotive or powersports repair is preferred Embark on a career where your mechanical skills fuel adventure!
