We are a fast-paced dealership with a strong customer base, consistent work flow, and a shop environment focused on production, teamwork, and professionalism. We are looking for a technician who can confidently handle advanced diagnostics, drivability concerns, engine and transmission repairs, electrical diagnosis, and complex repair work while maintaining high-quality standards and efficiency. What We Offer Consistent work and strong car count Competitive flat rate pay Paid training and OEM training opportunities Modern equipment and diagnostic tools Supportive team environment Health insurance options Paid time off and holidays Employee discounts Opportunity for long-term growth and leadership Responsibilities Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles Diagnose electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and HVAC concerns Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Perform digital or written inspections as required Communicate clearly with advisors and management regarding repair status and recommendations Mentor and assist lower-level technicians when needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow warranty and manufacturer repair procedures Qualifications Previous dealership experience preferred GM experience strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to perform major engine and driveline repairs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Own tools required ASE certifications preferred but not required Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Compensation Pay depends on experience, certifications, productivity, and diagnostic ability.
