We are actively hiring Powersports Technicians of all experience levels to join our team at our Young Powersports / Grizzly Harley Davidson store in Missoula , Montana ! 1 Responsibilities Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles including motorcycles ATVs UTVs and side-by-sides. Brands include Harley Davidson Honda Yamaha Polaris Beta and Husqvarna Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes tire work brake service and inspections Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level) Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience Qualifications Experience as a powersports automotive technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred not required) Experience with V-twin motorcycles is a HUGE plus Factory certifications or MMI training is a plus Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics repair processes and automotive technology Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to pass a background check
