Bretz RV & Marine is looking for an RV Service Advisor to join our Missoula team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in automotive, powersports, marine, truck, heavy equipment, collision repair, or RV service environments. If you thrive in a fast-paced service department, enjoy building customer relationships, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you. Our top-performing Service Advisors earn over $100,000 annually through our salary plus commission compensation structure. As an RV Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and service department. You'll help guide customers through the repair process, communicate with technicians, provide estimates, manage repair orders, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and helping families get back to enjoying the outdoors.
Responsibilities:
- Greet service customers promptly and professionally
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately communicate repair needs to technicians
- Create and manage repair orders and service appointments
- Provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repair services
- Recommend additional services and repairs using a low-pressure, customer-focused approach
