Essential Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Greet all guests entering the Service Department; Promote smooth, efficient traffic flow in the Service Breezeway and on the dealership lot; Assist with parking and the organization of guest and dealership vehicles; Ensure guests are familiar with dealership amenities; Direct guests to appropriate service personnel as needed; Utilize shuttle vehicle to transport guests to various locations as requested; Keep abreast of dealership information so that guest questions can be answered; Assist the Service Department with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high pressure environment. Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a team environment; Exhibit a neat, clean and professional appearance; Possess excellent verbal communication skills.
