Job Summary:
•Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a Lube Tech to perform routine vehicle maintenance and lubrication services efficiently and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Job Responsibilities:
•Perform oil changes, filter replacements (oil, air, cabin), and fluid top-offs (windshield washer, power steering, brake fluid, coolant). Conduct basic vehicle inspections, checking tire pressure, belts, hoses, and lights. Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services and vehicle conditions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and tools. Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies. Operate diagnostic equipment and tools safely and proficiently. Assist in inventory management and stocking of supplies. Document services performed accurately and completely.
Job Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and components. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
