Communicate with technicians on the findings of the job and timing of the job. Sources parts and labor for the repair/maintenance. Sells the necessary repairs/maintenance to the customer. Keeps the customer up-to-date throughout the process. Answer the phones/emails and schedule customer appointments. Presents themselves and the Honest-1 brand in a professional manner Assist with the daily organization, cleaning, and stocking of the front desk area and customer waiting area. Provides excellent customer service at all times with a positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Is reliable in arriving on time to scheduled shifts.
