Lube & Service Technician Start Your Automotive Career with Hunter Auto Group Hunter Auto Group is looking for a dependable and motivated Lube & Service Technician to join our growing service team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, has some hands-on mechanical knowledge, and wants to continue developing their skills in the automotive industry. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced technicians while performing essential maintenance services and building a foundation for a long-term career. What You'll Do Service & Maintenance Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections. Complete routine preventative maintenance services. Assist with basic vehicle repairs and service procedures. Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership service procedures. Use appropriate tools, equipment, and technology to complete assigned work. Properly document completed services and repairs. Team & Shop Support Work alongside experienced technicians to develop your automotive skills. Learn and follow proper safety procedures and shop standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work efficiently with the service team to meet department goals. Ask questions, take direction, and continue developing your technical knowledge. What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician or hands-on mechanical experience is preferred . Basic knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and maintenance procedures. Strong interest in building a career as an automotive technician. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Team-oriented and willing to learn. Positive attitude and ability to take direction and apply feedback. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
