Our high-volume Service Department is looking for motivated, customer-focused Automotive ASM / Service Advisors (Service Writers) to join our team. If you have automotive service advisor experience, enjoy working with customers, and want an opportunity to increase your income in a fast-paced, professional environment, we want to hear from you!

You Will:

Guide customers through the automotive repair and maintenance process. Advise customers on recommended services, repair options, and costs. Present special promotions and available service opportunities. Schedule customer service appointments. Greet customers professionally and answer questions regarding their vehicles. Track each vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work. Communicate vehicle status, recommendations, and completion times to customers. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a strong CSI score . Work closely with technicians and the service team to provide an exceptional customer experience. Perform other duties as assigned.

We're Looking For:

Auto Dealership Service Advisor / ASM experience preferred. A proven track record of delivering a high CSI score is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good computer skills and the ability to learn dealership systems. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic. Excellent attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and insurance. Must pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
