Lube Technician:

Position Overview Autostar is seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the automotive industry. As a Lube Technician, you'll perform routine maintenance services while learning from experienced technicians in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, takes pride in quality work, and enjoys working as part of a team. What You'll Do Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point vehicle inspections. Check and top off vehicle fluids, including coolant, brake fluid, and windshield washer fluid. Inspect tires, brakes, batteries, belts, and other vehicle components. Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades. Maintain accurate service records and inspection reports. Communicate maintenance recommendations to service advisors. Follow manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist experienced technicians with repairs and diagnostic procedures as needed. Deliver a high-quality customer experience through accurate and efficient work. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Previous automotive, mechanical, or maintenance experience preferred. Technical school or automotive training is a plus but not required. ASE certifications are a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures. Why Autostar?
