Hickory, NC Pay:
$20.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and productivity) Modern Automotive is seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to join our growing team at Modern Nissan of Hickory. Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, and brake systems
- Complete vehicle inspections and document repair recommendations accurately
- Maintain productivity and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service
- Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Stay current with Nissan training, certifications, and evolving automotive technologies
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive technician experience required
- Nissan experience preferred but not required
- ASE certifications are a plus
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Compensation & Benefits:
