Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled ASE Certified Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicle systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers. Your technical proficiency and mechanical knowledge will drive exceptional service quality, supporting our commitment to customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems, including powertrain, electrical, suspension, and transmission components. Repair and maintain vehicles by replacing or repairing parts such as engines, transmissions, suspension systems, brakes, and electrical wiring. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical problems and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) components. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, wheel alignments, and scheduled inspections to ensure ongoing safety and performance. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and specialized automotive repair tools efficiently to complete repairs with precision. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Qualifications Valid ASE Certification in multiple automotive specialties; ASE Master Technician certification preferred. Proven dealership or service shop experience with a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics. Extensive knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and vehicle systems integration. Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostic tools, powertrain repairs, vehicle suspension system repair, wheel alignment procedures, and ADAS calibration. Mechanical aptitude combined with proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software. Familiarity with European vehicles or similar makes is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally. Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately and perform complex repairs confidently.
