Job Description

Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles and farm equipment, performing tasks like engine diagnostics, brake repairs, and routine servicing (oil changes, tire rotations). Use tools in a workshop environment, adhering to safety regulations. Key Responsibilities •
Diagnostics & Repair:
Identify issues and repair engines, transmissions, brake systems, and other components. •
Preventive Maintenance:
Perform routine services like oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, tightening bolts and screws, battery checks, and lubricating equipment. •
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment, strictly adhering to safety procedures. •
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory using work orders or computer systems. •
Tool Maintenance:
Keep tools, machinery, and equipment in good working order •
Other:
Must be able to work in other functions of company operations if needed. Requirements •
Education:
High school diploma or GED is required. Vocational school or technical degree is highly preferred. •
Experience:
Previous experience (e.g., 1-year +) in automotive repair or maintenance. •
Skills:
Proficiency with hand and power tools; strong problem-solving and communication skills. Basic computer skills preferred (Excel, Word, email). •
Physical Strength:
Must be able to work on feet for extended periods. Strong manual dexterity. Must be in good physical condition capable of lifting, carrying and pushing weights up to 100 pounds and have full use of both arms and legs and both hands. •
Certifications:
Valid driver's license required. ASE certification preferred. Class A CDL preferred.
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
