Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess service needs professionally and efficiently Write repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians and customers Provide timely updates and maintain communication throughout the service process Review completed repairs with customers and ensure all concerns are addressed Schedule service, maintenance, and recall work, optimizing shop capacity Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership service department Knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills CDK and high-line brand experience preferred Professional appearance and a team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to work some Saturdays Must pass pre-employment screening (background, MVR, drug test) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
