Atlas Motor Co is a boutique, BMW-focused dealership and service center in Raleigh, NC. We are seeking an experienced BMW Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a senior-level technician who wants top-tier flat-rate pay, reliable hours, and real work-life balance . In addition to retail service work, we service and recondition our own vehicle inventory prior to sale , which means there is never a shortage of billable hours . You'll work in a clean, professional shop that values quality workmanship, integrity, and long-term sustainability—not burnout.

Shop Hours & Work-Life Balance Monday-Thursday:

10:00 AM - 6:00

PM Friday:

10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Closed weekends Only 38 hours per week We believe great technicians do their best work when they're rested and respected. No late nights. No weekends. No constant grind. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and other European vehicles Perform pre-sale inspections and reconditioning on dealership inventory Use manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and software Interpret wiring diagrams, service bulletins, and technical documentation Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and labor Maintain high standards with minimal comebacks Contribute to a positive, team-oriented shop culture What We're Looking For BMW (or equivalent high-level European experience) Strong diagnostic ability (not just parts replacement) Comfortable and efficient in a flat-rate environment Detail-oriented, professional, and dependable Valid driver's license and clean driving record This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for a proven technician who takes pride in their craft.
