Automotive Service Advisor

Capital Ford Lincoln of Rocky Mount is seeking a customer-focused, driven, and energetic Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the main point of contact for our service customers - helping them understand their vehicle needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring every guest leaves with an exceptional experience. What You'll Be Doing:

Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service needs Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, and associated costs Schedule service appointments and help maintain an efficient daily workflow Communicate with service technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs Provide updates to customers regarding service progress and completion times Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support additional service department tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role preferred Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair services strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using computerized estimating, scheduling, and service management systems Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check
