Job Description
Position Summary This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the timely and accurate completion of services. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and support. Recommend products and services based on customer needs. Resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner. Support sales initiatives and contribute to overall store success. Assist the Manager with daily store operations as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license. Must be Bilingual, English and Spanish. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to career growth. Ability to learn basic vehicle maintenance and service tasks. Ability to learn and effectively operate store systems and technology. Previous automotive experience is a plus.
