Benefits Up to 4 weeks of vacation/paid time off Paid holidays (8 days) Performance based bonuses 75% Employer paid medical, dental, & vision insurance $25,000 of life insurance per employee Supplemental benefits (long-term, short-term, accident, etc.) 401(k) retirement plan with company match Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Career path & advancement opportunities Discounts on tires & automotive services Company supplied tools Paid weekly Basic Responsibilities Review work orders and discuss them with service advisors as needed Inspect truck/trailer and diagnose problems Record diagnostic findings, safety concerns and maintenance recommendations Provide an estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance Perform quality repair and maintenance work on automotive & heavy-duty truck systems Install equipment, components, and systems Requirements Three to five years of heavy-duty truck repair experience preferred. Exceptional knowledge of commercial vehicles and electronic systems Skillful at complete brake services, shocks & strut repairs, wheel bearing problems and king pin locks. Capable of repairing steering & suspension issues Valid Federal DOT, State & Safety license, or willingness to obtain Competency with shop equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic and A/C equipment, etc. Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Must have valid driver's license
