Duties Perform oil changes efficiently using hand tools and power tools, ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer specifications. Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify maintenance needs such as tire service, alignments, and fluid levels. Assist with additional automotive repairs and diagnostics when needed, supporting the broader service team. Use automotive service knowledge to explain maintenance procedures to customers clearly and confidently. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards for heavy lifting and mechanical tasks. Support vehicle maintenance tasks including tire rotations, brake inspections, and minor repairs to ensure customer satisfaction. Help promote additional services like alignments or sales of vehicle accessories by providing excellent customer service. Requirements Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred; familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance. Experience in oil change services, tire servicing, and basic automotive repairs is essential. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting clients and explaining services clearly. Knowledge of automotive systems including engines, brakes, suspension, and electrical components is advantageous. $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
