Your Responsibilities Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles in accordance with factory standards. Handle various service needs including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, brakes, and climate control systems. Utilize Ford-specific diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS) to identify issues and implement efficient solutions. Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair timelines and additional maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow. What You Bring to theTeam Ford Certification Required :
Valid Ford factory training and credentials.Experience :
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Ford.Technical Knowledge :
Proficiency in using modern diagnostic software and equipment.Credentials :
Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ASE certifications are highly preferred.Attitude :
