Job Description

Description The Service BDC (Business Development Center) Associate plays a key role in our Service Department. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and strengthening long-term relationships for Toyota Loyalty & Engagement. This is accomplished through a series of resources including outbound calls, emails and other outbound marketing materials.
Daily Responsibilities include:
  • Follow up on all dealership manifest and opportunities lists.
  • Answers inbound service calls - and provides additional support to the Service Advisor Team.
  • Makes outbound calls following up on previously declined service work and scheduling appointments.
  • Make customer service survey follow up calls.
  • Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
  • Provide customer updates on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
  • Supports advisors by engaging customers in the service drive - greeting, checking in and directing to their advisor.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
  • Previous BDC experience is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales / customer service 2-3 years.
  • Commitment to customer education and community support.
Computer Experience Must be comfortable working with multiple systems including social media, texting and microsoft products. DMS (Dealer management software) experience preferred.
