Your responsibilities include but are not limited to Greeting and checking in of Service customers Scheduling appointments, Advising customers on needed repairs and maintenance, Communicating needs between technicians and customers, Arranging estimates, Explaining repairs performed, Following up with customers after visits. Previous experience a plus but not required. Positive attitude and drive to succeed are a must.
