DOLLAR + BENEFITS. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete routine outboard maintenance on Yamaha and Suzuki engines. Complete basic Yamaha & Suzuki diagnostics on electrical, fuel, ignition and cooling systems. Basic understanding of DC boat systems diagnostics and repair. Keep customers informed of the work needed with accurate estimates.

Clearly document:

inspection, test results, work performed or to be performed and parts used. Moving boats and trailers as needed. Keeping the shop clean and any other tasks to keep the shop running efficient.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILL REQUIRED

Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our business practices and software Proven experience with Yamaha Outboard service, Diag, Tilt & trim & fuel systems (minimum of 2 years required). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and customer service orientation. Looking for high end professional. You must be responsible, dependable, self-motivated, honest, open-minded and work well with others as a part of the team. Must be accurate and efficient. Able to maintain professional presentation and good work ethic. Must possess organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have a valid driver's license. High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess strong written and verbal skills. This role requires a strong understanding of schematics and the ability to work directly with customers to provide exceptional service.
