Ultimate Trailers & Carts is currently looking for a driven and dependable Trailer Technician to join our growing team in the Fargo-Moorhead area. In this hands-on role, you'll work on a wide variety of trailers and equipment through service & repair, helping customers stay on the road safely and efficiently. From jobsite hauling to recreational use, the equipment we work on is essential—and so is the team behind it. At Ultimate Trailers & Carts, we're more than just a dealership—we're a destination for trailers, golf carts, and outdoor living. As a Trailer Technician , you'll work alongside a knowledgeable, supportive team that values craftsmanship, problem-solving, and doing things the right way.

What We're Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills Someone who takes pride in producing efficient, high-quality work Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment A dependable team player who's willing to jump in and help wherever needed

What You'll Be Doing:

Performing routine and advanced trailer maintenance and repairs Welding and fabricating as needed for repairs and custom projects Diagnosing and repairing electrical, brake, suspension, axle, hydraulic, and structural issues Troubleshooting issues efficiently to keep customers up and running Performing sheet metal replacement and structural repairs Installing truck & trailer accessories, hitches, and related components Supporting the team with a variety of shop and service-related tasks What You'll Bring to the

• both verbal and written Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a strong team culture Physical endurance
• being able to stand, bend, squat, and lift 50lbs throughout the day including overhead, unloading tires, wheels, and parts
